Appearance:
As an adult, Yuto is probably slightly taller than in canon, but he and his brothers remain the same height as each other.
He still has purple and black bangs that spike upwards to the right of his head, but he now sports piercings in each of his ears. His right ear sports three small studs and two ear cuffs at the top, while his left just has two ear cuffs.
He has a slight punk/goth vibe to any outfit he wears, preferring to wear mostly darker tones of colours. His outfits tend to have a lot of belts and buckles.
When he's reading or writing, he wears glasses which are black in colour.

Personality:
Yuto is a fairly calm, collected and quiet individual, who often comes off as very stoic in nature. Due to this, he can sometimes come off as rather withdrawn and unapproachable to anyone who doesn't know him, but Yuto does carry a soft side that cares deeply for his family and friends.
At times, he can be a pacifist like Yuya and his father, Yushou. He avoids unnecessary conflict where he can and doesn't ever wish to hurt anyone, but he's also more of a realist and knows not every conflict can be resolved peacefully.

If he feels himself or his family or friends are in serious danger, or something triggers/angers him badly enough, he can fly straight into a survival mode left over from his memories of surviving Academia's attack on his home in his previous life. In this state, he will duel desperately and with a lot of anger in his heart. Thankfully, this is a very rare occurrence and would only happen in extreme circumstances. He can usually be calmed down by being talked to and reassured.

Despite coming off as the most mature of the Sakaki brothers, Yuto has moments where he shows he's just as much of a dork as his brothers. This is usually seen if anyone teases him about his crush on Ruri which will instantly make him lose his calm and collected composure.

History:

In the current reality, Yuto is one of four (quadruplet) brothers that live in the Sakaki household in Maiami City. He has memories of growing up there alongside his brothers and his parents, Yoko and Yushou Sakaki. He remembers attending school in Heartland City (Spade Branch) with Shun and Ruri, but transferred to Duel Academy, which was the school his brothers attended, after the devastating 'Earthquake' that destroyed much of Heartland City.

Of course, once the memories of his previous life returned, he also remembered his past being an orphan who was adopted by Mr. Heartland, fighting the large scale invasion on Heartland City by Academia forces, being a fragment of another person, named Zarc and becoming a large demon.
The intense flashbacks and having the realisation that he, Yugo and Yuri were missing from family photos, made Yuto question what was real and what was fake, and if he really had a place within the Sakaki family, essentially having a breakdown and causing him to run off. Thankfully, he was found by Kotori and Yuma days later and after talking to Kotori and his family, he came to the conclusion that he needed to focus more on what he had in the present, which was a family that loved him and how much more happier he was with them.

Thanks to therapy and medication, he's been able to somewhat control his anxiety and PTSD that his past memories cause, but he still occasionally has bad head space days where the memories bother him, or he can't sleep, but for the most part, he knows to just be kinder to himself on these days.

Now as an adult, Yuto is working both as a duelist within the Super Junior League and as a freelance writer. He is currently also a columnist at Weekly Domino News.

Relationships:
Yuto loves his entire family, but he is the most closest to brother, Yuya and his mother, Yoko. He likes to spend time cooking with his mother.

He has a strong friendship with Yuzu, who he finds can be relaxing to talk to. As she's currently learning how to be a better cook, he sometimes gives her help and pointers if she needs it, when she goes over to the Sakaki's household to cook a surprise for Yuya.

He retains his close friendship with Shun and Ruri and makes sure to visit them at least once a week. He has a huge crush on Ruri, which often results in teasings from his brothers, who know it's the quickest way to get the usual stoic Yuto to completely lose his composure.

He also has a growing friendship with Yuma and Kotori, more so with the latter, due to their experiences with Mr. Heartland and the destruction of their Heartland homes in the reality before the current reality was created. Yuto and Kotori share a common interest in cooking and often send recipes to one another. If there is a particular recipe they both want to try, they will sometimes make it together.

Out of the Sakaki pets, he seems rather bonded with Watt the Bichon Frise.

Hobbies and Interests:
Dueling: He sometimes duels his brothers for practise or for fun, but dueling is mostly his main job.
Cooking: This is the one interest he has that he's keeping strictly as a hobby. He enjoys cooking on his own, or with others and trying out new recipes.
Writing: Despite being a freelance writer, he spends a lot of time also doing it as a hobby. This is the hobby he strictly does in alone time. He writes a mixture of things, just whatever comes to mind. He keeps his personal writing in a book that he tends to be rather secretive over and rarely shows others what's written in it. Any writing that he feels can be public, he posts on his personal writing blog, which he uses as a portfolio.

Abilities:
Yuto has spirit sense like his brothers, which makes him a bit more sensitive to Duel Spirits. This is the only ability he's been left with, after being separated from his past as one of Zarc's fragments, as it was an ability Zarc, himself, had.
He is very acrobatic and is able to move and jump with fast agile movements. He usually uses these skills for action dueling, but these skills tend to be very heightened if he's triggered into his survival mode.
